The invention relates to railway transport, in particular to freight wagons.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the stiffness and improve the control of the covers
FIG. 1 shows the proposed rail freight wagon, in axonometric view; in fig. 2 - half of the car, side view in FIG. 3 - the same scheme; in fig. 4 - section A-Anafig. 3 in FIG. 5 is a section BB in FIG. 2, on the other hand, one casing is in the closed position, the other casing is open and is above the first in the biased position; in fig. 6 is a sectional view BB in FIG. 2; in fig. 7 — node I in FIG. 5 in FIG. 8 - the same, front view; in fig. 9 is a cross section of a part of the lower frame of the car shown in FIG. 1, with the relief spring in FIG. 10 - the same, with the cross connecting lever mechanism. I The body space of a railway freight car is limited by the cargo platform 1, which is the upper side of the lower frame 2, the end walls 3 and two covers 4. In the middle of the car on the lower frame 2 an intermediate arch support 5 is installed above the body space, which is only at the bottom fixed on, The bottom frame 2 and along the car do not have any struts that would connect it with the bottom frame or end walls 3.
In the closed position, the housings 4, with their end edges, with plastic jets and labyrinth seals 6, abut against the metal labyrinth seals 7 of the end walls 3 or metal labyrinth seals of the intermediate arch support 5.
The casing 4 in cross-section approximately corresponds to the dimensions of the railway car. In the upper vaulted part, each casing 4 is divided along, with the halves of each casing being connected to each other by hinges 8, extending along the longitudinal axis of the car. The separation of each casing 4 is completely blocked by an elastic overlap 9, which is tightly fixed on each half of the casing 4.

Each side of the casing 4 is equipped with a longitudinal supporting beam 10, passing from one end edge to the other, up and down from which the ribs 11, which on each half of the casing 4 are rigidly fixed on the horizontal profile elements 12 and 13, extend perpendicularly to the top and bottom. From the ends, each casing is bounded by metal labyrinth seals 6, made in the form of a profile. The sheathing of the casing 4 is produced by sheets or other suitable material for this.
On the end side of each casing 4, on each longitudinal beam 10, an edge-shaped bracket 14 is installed, which in the closed position of the casing 4 and in the displaced position before installation in the closed position rests on elastic stops 15 located on the end wall. In the closed position of the casing 4, the bracket 14 covers with a gap a hook 16 located on the end wall 3 at the level of the stop 15. On the profile element 13 of the casing 4 there are several protruding downward protruding shoes 17, which in the closed position of the casing 4 are placed in short supporting guides 18 fixed on the lower frame 1. Supporting shoes 17 and supporting guides 18 are located along the car and are provided with corresponding lateral bevelled surfaces extending along the car. In this case, the beveled surfaces of the support guide 18 in the closed position of the casing 4 are located outside with a gap in front of the beveled surfaces of the support shoes 17.

On the profile element 13 of the casing 4 near its mechanical end there is a thrust element 19, which in the closed position of the casing 4 is located with a gap in front of the thrust cam 20 rigidly fixed on the lower frame 1.
At the side of the arched support, at least one hook 21 rigidly mounted downward, which in the closed position of the casing 4 is positioned towards the end wall with a gap in front of the corresponding locking knob 22 and below, is fixed on the profile element 13; bottom frame 1.
In the case of a load-induced load carriage on the inner side of the end wall 3, the latter elastically bends outwardly. Moreover, each hook 16 on the end wall is adjacent to the bracket 14 on the casing 4 and there is no casing 4 towards the end wall 3. At this time, the thrust elements 19 of the casing 4 abut on the stop cams 20 on the lower frame, thereby forming a connection with power closure of the casing 4 with the lower frame in the longitudinal direction. This prevents elastic bending of the end wall. The end wall 3, after the push, is again elastically bent back and squeezes the casing 4 through the stops 15 and the hooks 14 to the original position. With a push, the end edge of the casing 4 is raised from the side of the arched support. In this case, the hooks 21 of the casing 4 are pressed down to the locking cams 22 of the lower frame 2 and thus prevent the casing 4 from lifting;
To move the casing, at each profile element 13, roller supports 23 are rigidly mounted at its ends, at the lateral end of which rotational roller 24 is mounted. Rollers 24 are in the position of movement of casing 4 located on guide 25, which is rigidly located outside on the lower frame 1, guide 25 is straight and runs all over the car from one end wall 3 to the other; moreover, on each roller support a short additional guide 26 is rigidly mounted along the car, protruding relative to the roller support ry. Each casing 4, in order to rotate from the closed position in which it is supported by roller bearings 1 17 on the support guides 18 of the lower frame 1, is lifted, moved apart and opens from the outside relative to the hinge 9, while the rollers 24 fall onto the guide 25, Rise and The casing 4 is rotated by means of a drive shaft 27 mounted in the lower frame along the car, which can be rotated. To rotate the drive shaft 27 of each casing 4, at least one handwheel 28 is located on the corresponding end wall 3, which, through gear 29, rotates the vertical spindle 30. A nut is installed on the lead screw 30
31, to which a ha ha 32 is hinged, with another end hingedly attached to a lever 33, which is rigidly attached to a drive shaft 27.
The rotation of the drive shaft 27 can be carried out using a hydraulic unit. It is also possible to connect the drive shafts of both housings with one hydraulic unit serviced from one end wall, whereby both housings can be selectively raised and rotated by controlling it from one end wall. . It is also possible, as shown in FIG. 1, on one end wall 3 on both sides to arrange one handwheel 28 and the handwheels to be connected to each other by a corresponding connecting element.
The drive shafts 27 of each casing 4 through levers 34 rigidly mounted on the wedge shafts, and the rods 35 pivotally attached to the levers are connected to each other in such a way that when the handwheel 28 rotates, the drive shafts 27 rotate in opposite directions. the supports 23 on the drive shaft 27 is fixedly mounted a support bracket 36, which carries a rotating support roller 37 at its free end. The support roller 37 is in the closed position of the casing 4 and in the position of movement before the casing is set to the closed position rilegaet its curved working surface to the bottom additional guide 26. By rotating the drive shaft 27 for opening the housing 4 support bracket 31 through the support roller 37 and an additional guide roller 26 lifts the support 23 and with it the housing 4 and turns it into position movement. To prevent slipping. additional guide 26 from the support roller 37 when the drive shaft 27 is rotated, safety forks 38 are located on the drive shaft near the support bracket 36, which with their free forked ends embrace an additional guide 26 and prevent the additional guide 26 from sliding out of the support roller 37,
The ribs on the rollers 24 or guide rollers, rotating around a vertical axis, prevent the rollers 24 from sliding out of the guide 25 when moving the casing 4. Moreover, on the roller bearings 23, there are hooks that enter the corresponding grooves of the guides 25 and protect the casing 4 from lifting when it is moved.
In order to prevent the movable casing from contacting during opening with the intermediate arch support or with the casing in the closed position, on each casing 4 and on the intermediate arch onoi5e 5 there are mounted guide rollers 39 rotating around a vertical axis.
